What is minimum purchase/order credit?
Many of my clients like to know what to expect to spend when it comes to purchasing their Senior portraits. Since adding a minimum purchase or “order credit” in with the session fee, it has allowed my clients to work within their budget and feel more comfortable with their purchases. At the ordering session, there are no surprises and you start with a “credit” towards your purchase that can be used for prints & products. (with the exception of grad cards)
DO YOU SELL DIGITAL FILES
I pride myself on being a full service studio which means I offer a large variety of products to suit my client’s needs. I can pretty much get any size print or product you can dream of! With that being said, I understand that many people still want a “digital” copy of images to be able to share. So, I offer smaller resolution digital files as a bonus with all my collections. These files are meant to share…and you can leave the large prints and products to the professional lab so they look perfect!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
I know how exciting it is once you place your order and you want your finished products. I also want to make sure that your finished products are edited professionally with attention to detail and then printed with the highest quality. Your portraits will be ready for pickup approximately 4 to 6 weeks after your order is placed depending on the products you order (custom books take a bit longer!)
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY FILES?
Non-ordered images will be removed from my system following your ordering appointment. I will not archive any files that you did not order. However, your ordered/paid for prints will be carefully archived for up to ONE YEAR after your ordering appointment.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SESSION FEE?
Your session fee includes both a traditional “session fee” as well as an “order credit” The SESSION FEE portion is for the time utilized for planning and shooting your session. The ORDER CREDIT serves as a minimum purchase requirement that will be added to your account and available at your ordering appointment.
THE SESSION FEE portion of this is NON-refundable.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
I understand that unexpected things can come up before your session day (emergencies, weather, illness, etc…) but I do ask that if you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. If you cancel within a 24-48 hour time frame, I will do my best to reschedule you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that I can get pretty booked during “busy” months and rescheduling make be a bit tricky!
In the event of bad weather (or the threat of bad weather) I will contact you the morning of your appointment to determine if we are able to shoot or not. A little rain or a crazy hot Texas summer has never stopped me… but I want my clients to feel comfortable and look their best during the session!
WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER?
I accept all major credit cards as well as cash or check. I require that your order is PAID IN FULL before any portion of it be picked up including the creation of mobile apps or images to be sent to yearbook…so please plan ahead.
All orders are custom made and are non-refundable
DO YOU PROVIDE YEARBOOK IMAGES?
Yes, I can provide a yearbook image from any ordered image. Please let me know at the time of your ordering appointment which image you would like so I have time to prepare and include copyright for editor.
CAN I MAKE COPIES OF THE IMAGES?
ALL IMAGES REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF ANGELA MAJERUS PHOTOGRAPHY AND ARE PROTECTED BY FEDERAL COPYRIGHT LAWS. DUPLICATION IN PART OR WHOLE (WHETHER BY SCANNING OR REPRINTING) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND WILL BE PROSECUTED BY LAW. THIS INCLUDES POSTING SCANNED IMAGES TO SOCIAL MEDIA WEBSITES.
Please note that this is why I include digipix with your portrait orders and you are free to post those!
