Gosh… my little ole blog has been neglected these days. Time to play catch up a bit…
I had so much fun with these kiddos for their session… three beautiful sisters…and a super sweet little brother makes four! Here are some favs from their outdoor portrait session at the park! They absolutely loved my bag of hats!
I went for a much needed Girls Night Out last night and had a ball. We went for some sushi beforehand and then headed to the Bass Hall for an AWESOME show….
I can’t believe they can make the sounds they do with trash cans, paper bags, lighters, sticks…and you name it. It was pretty impressive!

OK… as I promised here are some more from this fun family session! We chased kids, played, laughed…and got some great shots in the meantime. I just loved working with you guys!
OK… I have not been blogging as I should. But I have been a busy girl! Aside from the crazy schedule a photographer adopts during this time of the year, I am also making sure to keep time aside for my girls… although I have yet to take THEIR pictures for our annual Christmas card!
Anyway… sometimes there is a shot from a session that just grabs you when you are editing….and this was THE shot.
I actually have an image of his older brother and sister that has been an all time favorite for a while… I guess little brother is going to get right in there with his own favorite image for my studio!
I promise to post more from this session in a bit… it was a beautiful family session at the Botanic Gardens in Fort Worth with lots of fun shots. But now, off to edit a bit more!
I think there is a traditional rule out there somewhere that you shouldn’t blow up a portrait where the head is larger than life size. Well, you know what I say about some rules… I think they are meant to be broken. I have 24×24 canvases of my three girls faces hanging above my desk in my office and I have to say, they are one of my prized possessions!
Having said that, I was thrilled today to see that my client ordered this shot in a BIG gallery wrap canvas… I can’t wait to get it in… This “Gerber Baby” deserves to be larger than life in my opinion!

I saw this on a fellow photographer’s blog and simply could not resist sharing… I am such a sucker for a real belly laugh…. especially from a little baby! But, then when you take the belly laugh TIMES FOUR… well, it is irresistable!!!
Ok… this one is pretty darn funny too! This is what happens when a cold front moves through cancelling my appointments… and I am supposed to be editing 
I love this family. I have been working with these twin girls since they were little babies…. I even used them as baby models for a magazine shoot I did for Room Service Home because they are so good natured and sweet little girls. Now that they are two…they are still just as sweet…only faster! I was so suprised to see how much they have grown!

I have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of my latest baby plan customer… little Miss Claire decided to hang out a while past her due date. But I am sure her mommy and daddy didn’t mind waiting for this precious little one! We had a very long newborn session today…stopping for several feedings and changes….but I think these images were worth the wait!

Just a quick one from today’s Baby Plan Session. Mrs. Q is growing into such a beautiful baby! Although she was feeling a bit fussy for our session today…we woke her from a nap and she was not too happy about that…. she still gave me some beautiful shots.
This one reminded me of a Gerber Baby…
And there is something about this one I just love…what a sweetie!
