WOW!! This is my fourth year in a row to be awarded the coveted Hot 100 Senior Photographer title by Senior Style Guide Magazine! But this year was an extra special surprise as I had SEVEN winning images which gave me the distinction of Influencer Status added to my Hot 100 Senior Photographer Title!

What is Hot 100? Over 9,000 images were submitted this year (in multiple categories like editorial, black and white, urban, senior guys, etc.. ) from talented photographers across the globe! A panel of judges selects their top 10 images for each category and the final winning images must be unanimously approved by ALL judges. In addition to the winning images by category there is a “People’s Choice Award” that goes to favorites selected by our industry peers!

To be recognized by my industry and have seven winning images was a dream come true… but not just for the recognition (which is wonderful) but for the acknowledgment that I am capturing the best of my clients. Entering contests like this pushes me outside of my comfort zone and not only challenges my skills but keeps my creativity fresh. I am SO INSPIRED by the talent of the photographers in the senior industry and humbled to be named among the Hot 100!!!

So what’s next, I am already gearing myself up for what images I will submit next year and visualizing some amazing images with my clients! Let’s create something amazing – shall we?
