A Story of Faith and Healing|DFW Maternity Photographer

I met this incredible couple last year through the NILMDTS (Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep) Organization.  Although I did not get to visit with them in person, I shared many emails and phone calls with Taylor who was expecting her first child after a long struggle with infertility.  She knew that their little baby would not make it long after being born and she wanted me to photograph his time here with them.

My heart went out to this young couple who had so much love and faith to give.  When the time for delivery came, I was so saddened that I was not able to be the one there for them.  They lost their sweet little boy, Nathan, on June 24th, 2008.

Fast forward one year later and I receive a call that they are once again expecting and would like for me to do the maternity session.  I was so thrilled that they remembered me and felt honored to photograph this new BLESSING that God has given them!  Their FAITH has been an inspiration to me…and I know that they have a sweet Guardian Angel in Heaven that is going to watch over his new little sister and his parents!

Here is your sneak peek, Taylor… I can’t wait for the arrival of Nathan’s little sister.

And finally, knowing their story, I put together a special photo for them…

I only wish I knew of you & NILMDTS when I had Ryan. But I did have the priveledge of you taking our pictures when I was pregnant with Jake. That first pregancy after a loss is bittersweet and you captured that beautifully. These photographs are beautiful.
